I stayed here on business recently. The rooms are "tired" and need some TLC. The wall paper had a big stain on it and was peeling off in some places. Painting on furniture was badly chipped. The bed was nice and comfortable but the room overall needs attention. The warm cookie at check in made it all bearable. More

The Doubletree, formerly the Sonesta, has made nice improvements. However, the hotel is understaffed between 2-6 am. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The internet is Hilton fast! Pictures of the hotel do not exactly reflect the location of this hotel. There is a train that runs right by the property that is audible during your stay. What a beautiful hotel! The staff is amazing and you can't beat the location. This hotel has it all. We received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite and the AWE never stopped. All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate. It's nice to know customer service isn't dead. More
