The hotel's housekeeping staff, Michael Osner (E 21), was very helpful and efficient in dealing with our issue with the room's bathroom. We fully appreciated his help. Michael was very courteous and helpful. He also volunteered to fix the loose cabinet door. Keep up the good work!
