This isn't the Hyatt you can see across the highway from the parking garages at Universal, you can walk down the road from there, but I liked our location better. “Sloppy reservation service”

Hotel lost my kayak reservation. They kept me and my kid in the lobby for hours until finally we were given a smaller room. They promised to wave cost of one night stay, but instead charged us double amount. Hyatt stuff admitted that kayak reservations are frequently lost.
