The only saving grace is proximity to convention centre and helpful breakfast waiters. Grotty dark claustrophobic room, with a horrible Hampton bed and equally neglected duvet. The air conditioner was extremely noisy interrupting sleep and not very effective either. Shame on Hilton group for allowing this.

Stayed 5 days in April. We had a room with a fridge which I think is necessary in Florida. Some rooms had no fridge. That is my only gripe with this hotel. The staff are wonderful with any information or query you needed. The food at breakfast was of a good quality with a number of different hot and cold items. The lobby has recently been refurbished so it looks very smart. The rooms were always cleaned very well. We hope to stay there again next year

Very welcoming and professional i had no problems with the stay. The hotel is ideally located 200m from International Drive and Universal and Sea world and Minutes away. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean (very clean room), GREAT breakfast (eggs, waffles, cereal, French toast strips, fruit, 6 juices, milk, breads and pastries and more..), helpful and nice staff. I was scared off from another chain and was glad I was here. Came for cleanliness and was impressed.

For the price and amenities this hotel is great if you are attending a conference or event at the Orange County Convention Center, The Rosen or the JW Marriott. It is easy access to those locations, and you can walk to great restaurants on International Drive.
