Don't waste your money. This resort is not any different then any other resort in PCB. We went there because the pictures looked great! We thought that our kids would really like the water park however it was way to cold to swim in. I didn't see more than 5 people in it all week because it was so cold.... More

The room had two full bathrooms and one bedroom with bunk bed, full kitchen, sheets, towels, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Nicely furnished, very roomy, 2 free DVD a day. good view of the ocean.

I have stayed in this resort four times within the last year. Each time has been an enjoyable experience. The gulf front views are amazing and dolphins can be spotted along the coastline. This is a condominium so each unit is individually owned. Thus, although the floor plans are probably similar, the furnishings are not the same in each unit. We had a great time at the Splash Penthouse. The condo had all the comforts we could have wanted and the owner was easy to work with. The kids really enjoyed the pools and the white sandy beach. We found plenty of activities to keep us busy in the PCB area.
