The reception clerk offered a good deal on the phone, so I stayed for two nights in this location. Some people were cooking (which is OK as all rooms have kitchens) and the heavy smell was all over the room I have stayed. We stayed here because the extended stay on 17th street overbooked and offered us to stay for free. We were there only two nights before a cruise.
