Not what we expected at all from a Residence property! A nicely renovated adult oriented property with large spacious condo suite rooms with kitchen, large bathrooms, ocean view balconys for under $200 a night right on the beach! This property is at the quieter end of Fort Lauderdale beach...perfect for adults not wanting to see kids everywhere.

This is our second visit to this hotel; and, once again, we really enjoyed ourselves (4 adults and 3 children). This time, we stayed in an oceanfront suite..a small living room flanked by 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a very small kitchen.
