The Staff, hotel, and location is outstanding. Every amenity was beyond our expectations. I will recommend to family and friends. If you need help with anything in the evenings as for JR at the front desk, he recommended some of the best restaurants and beaches

Hotel was clean, great staff! Meeting room was well prepared and restocked evening. My stay was very pleasant and I would return again in the future. I would recommend this hotel for business meetings especially. Also, if you love golf, this is the place to stay!

Stopped here on our way to Florida keys. JR at the desk was friendly and informative! Based on Diamond status, upgraded us and our friends to suites. Clean and spacious rooms. Room service was better than in some full-service hotels.

This hotel is a great stay. Location is great for those wishing to golf, or visit someone who lives in the PGA Village, or the other development in the area. The hotel was clean. You can have the most beautiful hotel in the world. If your staff does measure up to the quality of that hotel, it becomes ugly very quick. Unfortunatley I have tostay there again. This time I hope it is a littel better off in the guest service area.

What a great site this hotel is; from arrival until the departure, everything was spectacular. The staff goes over and above. The food was A1 at Sneads too. Rooms were immaculate. They cater to the golfers, shuttles, flexibility at the restaurant, and more. I will be back in 2014!
