“Treat Yourself to "The Inn on Charlotte"”

We stayed a weekend at the inn and had a lovely time. Very comfortable and accomadating in a pristine nostalgic setting. Our room had a porch to sit out on a nice day and just relax. The location is convenient to everything. The staff was great and the only thing that would have made it better is a longer stay.

We have stayed here for my wife's birthday weekend. It is a charming Inn and the location is great. All the shops are just a few blocks away. We stayed in the Tiffany suite on the ground floor. This is a great B&B. Their location is outstanding and the staff phenomenal. Within walking distance of everything. The owners, Jerry and Rodney, see that their guests are well cared for and feel right at home. Not to mention, Rodney's skill in the kitchen can't be matched. “Fabulous stay”

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on Charlotte. Everyone was super nice and accomodating. The food way out of this world!!! We will be staying again and again! Thank you for a memorable weekend - we can't wait for our next trip to St. Augustine.

“Fantastic as Always!”

My wife and I have stayed at the Inn on Charlotte many times and we keep coming back because the rooms are great, the breakfasts are fantastic, and we can't say enough about the staff - won't find nicer people than Rod, Jerry, Ann, and Ginny anywhere. This will continue to be our favorite place to visit.

We arrived on Friday afternoon and were immediately welcomed and greeted with wine, which we enjoyed on their very inviting and comfortable porch.
