the rooms are beautifully furnished in beachy colors, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good and it was nice to have the small bar with live music in the lobby. We loved everything about this hotel, including its easy walking distance to downtown Sarasota.

3 nights and the staff were great - very professional in all areas.
Hotel also vey well located for beaches, boating and downtown.
Noise is an issue - on the western side the Hotel is right next to Route 41. In the room you have noisy cut in/out AC units and a noisy disconcerting AC switch - very unusual noise....
