“Not worth the money”

If I had paid half the rate I would not have been disappointed but we went for the beach facing suite and, whilst the room was fine (once I got over the shock of plastic coated recliner armchairs) the general hotel facilities, food etc were below what I was expecting. “Beautiful Location and Nice Service”

The Lido is located right on the Gulf and it's private beach is perfect to watch the sun set. I was quoted a much lower rate than what they gave me at the front desk so check your bill/charges. Our room did not live up to our expectations of what the booking agent described. After speaking with manager we were very pleased with our treatment and resolution of the issue. The customer service was awesome and we will stay here again. Rare to find such kind treatment these days!

“Great Tiki Bar”

We had a great experience at Lido Beach Resort Tiki Bar! Daniel was great and very funny as well as professional! The drinks and food were great! Atmosphere was perfect! We are locals and will for sure return! Thanks for a great experience!
