“Older Comples, Needs Repair - Avoid Unit 101”

The good: The location of Commodore's Retreat is outstanding. Off of 30A, so little traffic, and right where Eastern Lakes meets the gulf. Plus, the views from all of the units in Commodore's Retreat are amazing. The bad: The condo building is from the early 80s and little, if no repairs and maintenance appear to have been done. This is a great place to stay. The view of the gulf from the living room and private balcony is awesome. The rooms were neat and tidy, everything you needed was there, washer/dryer, iron & board, dishwasher, and that bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We had the time of our life!
