Stayed at Casa Blanca for 6 years, great place to stay, workers & staff are great as is access to beach & the pool, Do Not stay in unit B9, old uncomfortable furniture, small bed with cheap mattress that no one could possibly get any sleep in. Cheap coffee pot did not work well,as did the cheap $2.00 toaster, there were only two... More

Our family (4 adults) stayed in Unit 5D 22-29-Dec-2012. We have vacationed in this complex multiple times over the years and until this visit had no problems. (perhaps because we didn't notify the front office staff that we have relatives who own villas in this complex?) We found the multiple notices hanging in Unit 5D quite off-putting. Are we in... More

I have stayed in the same villa D5 for the past 2 years...will do the same next year. The villa is clean, beachy in decor and perfect for having a "girls reunion" in. A short walk to a well maintained beach that is equipped with beach chairs and loungers as well as two pergolas to get under makes it easy... More

We have been vacationing on Siesta Key for many years. We used to stay at an adjacent property, but, on our last stay there, we had a problem with noise from the people staying above us, so we decided to try the one of the villas in Casa Blanca. No neighbors above or below and there are no shared walls.... More

The Casa Blanca Villas as a whole was worth it. The grounds and pool were great. We stayed in D8 which needed some updating, and a better cleaning.I would not stay in this unit again unless some changes were made. The location was great and only a minute walk to the beach. Each unit is individually owned and decorated so... More

We stayed at the Casa Blanca in Unit 301, and while the location was quite ideal, the unit was horrible. It was not 60's retro - it WAS the 60's, right down to the pink and white marble look formica to the silver lamee wallpaper in the kitchen. There was peeling wallpaper throughout the unit. The carpet was disgusting and... More

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday in villa A8, two bedroom, one bath. We arrived early but our unit was ready shortly after arrival. Large bedrooms with very comfortable bedding. Huge shower (no tub) with great water pressure. The staff was outstanding and helped us with all our needs. The unit was not beach front but only about a 5... More

We have stayed at CB many times- five of us, and often Grandmother, too. I think it's important to realize what CB is, and what it isn't. CB is not a European-style hotel, and it's not an "all inclusive" vacation package. What it is is a great place to stay for a family vacation. We have enjoyed years of quiet,... More

My husband and I stayed in apt 204 right on the beach. The apt was clean and beautifully decorated in blues and gold. The kitchen had every item we needed to have our meals in. The balcony was screened in with a table and chairs so we could eat our meals while still being part of the ocean experience. The... More

Vacations are to be SPECIAL with Accomodations included. These Villas are anything but!. The Villas are individually owned. Definitely for Budget minded travelers. All Villas promote a photo indicating you are renting beachfront....NOT. The beach is about 8 -10 minute walk down the road. The only Beachfront rentals are the APTS...not the VILLAS. We had 2B/2B..maybe 780 sq Ft. Kitchen... More
