This Holiday Inn was very clean, the staff was friendly and personable, the location is very convenient to Florida State University, FAMU, Tallahassee Community College, restaurants and the nice mall in town. It is obvious this hotel has been here for a while, but management keeping up with general maintenance and cosmetic repairs. More

We had a minor glitch and Amber the front office manager was up in less than 2 minutes to take care of it. She is so professional and friendly she is a credit to IHG. The breakfast was very good and the staff very attentive. The room was better than expected. More
