Kim was awesome in the kittchen and in the room. I will be back again. The rooms and breakfast were great. The cinnamon buns were great. I was here for work and stayed 3weeks. Kim took care of us the whole stay.

My family and I had breakfast and met a very nice lady, Kim. She was very helpful during breakfast. The hotel had a big Russian group and she took good care of us. The staff were all helpful and nice. The room carpet needs to be updated, but otherwise the room was clean. We had a good stay.

Brown smears on the shear curtains. Powdery smell in the room. Both of these BEFORE we arrived. The day after we arrived , they did not clean the room because we had dogs -that were caged! The room smelled bad. Yet we were charged for the room. We were there 2 nights.

The desk staff were helpful when I had to change rooms to smoke/BO smell in first room. My second room was set up ok but furniture had chips, and rug had many stains.
