“Convention”

The service was absolutely excellent. There was an issue with my reservation and the manager Angella took care of it right away with hesitation. I truly appreciate the help she gave me. My 3 day experience was awesome. Thank Double Tree for making this weekend great!!!!!

“no hot water”

had hot water on 1st night but didn't on the next two nights. for two days I was told the chief engineer was working on it. the location was bad as well. the first room we got we turned down because the bed was single. bad experience overall
