Room was relatively clean, but had 1/4" crack between floor and bath tub. A little caulk would help. Beautiful, perfectly located and great deal! A little outdated, but looked as though the bathroom had recently been redone. We stayed with our two kids, loved the water, the morning view and the closeness to Legoland - ALL for less than half the price of the Holiday Inn!
