This hotel was not awful but needs a little TLC. It reminded me a lot of the older hotels in Gatlinburg, where they are clean but need minor cosmetic fixes. We stayed there Friday night after going the Swan Drive In. A very very clean hotel. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot all in room. The carpet was extremely clean and the beds are most comfortable. The hotel and room were average in appearance, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Expect to take your continental breakfast back to your room since the small eating area is in the lobby. Nice that there is a refrigerator and microwave provided.

Our room was very clean. Nothing was broken. The bathroom was very clean and nothing was broken. Room cleaning service was good. Staff was helpful. Typical "continental breakfast" fare, but breakfast area is a joke. It is not in a separate room, just off to the side of the reception desk. There are only 2 tables with 4 chairs each.... More
