I come here often for UGA game or to shop at the Commerce outlet mall and I always stay here. It's the best budget hotel in the area with free wifi and free breakfast. Mall is literally across the street so it's super easy to get to. Rooms are clean and good customer service.

Great value I travel in the area every 2-4 weeks, and I usually stay here. The price is great, the rooms are clean and the service is good.staff is very nice. Linens were clean.

We stayed here for one night after a football game in Athens, and it was absolutely disgusting. I killed one roach on the bedside table and my husband killed 2 that were in the bed. I slept in the car the rest of the night. I will never return.

Bugs flying around in room, vomit on bed spread, food on the floor, body hair in on sheets. We couldn't check out fast enough. Yet they still tried to charge 3 night min since it was race weekend. Only stay here if there are no other choices and it's to cold to sleep in your car.
