I made a reservation online and my credit card was charged TWICE for the reservation. The hotel was not coperative at all and insisted that the double billing was my fault. Wow, worst experience ever. Elevators have 5/8" tile drop and then rise to get in, causing cooler full of ice and beer to spill (Level entrance @HIE in Ohio).
