This property is soooo outdated and in need of a facelift! Our room was on the bottom. We heard the people above us and I swear one of them had ADHD because they never sat down. Pounding footsteps all day and night! I would retreat to the porch just to be able to breathe and get some light. NEVER AGAIN!

We read the reviews before coming so we were prepared for less then perfect. But when you arrive at the welcome center and you can not use the handrails going up to the place because of chipped paint you start to wonder. We stayed there the first week of November,probably only five, maybe six units occupied. Therefore, VERY quiet.Rooms are clean, ours was drafty,making it rather cool, otherwise, no complaints. Town is dead that time of year, so there isn't much to do. But, yes, would stay there again,and would recommend it to friiends.

As far as timeshares are concerned Alpine Crest does need some work but it is overall a very nice place a long as you don't expect a gold crown or five star resort.
