Good breakfast, good location, but aged facility. The nights sleep was wonderful! The room was in need of a complete painting. There were spots that had been touched up. We only stayed one night, but the overall experience was terrific. The staff was courteous, efficient and professional. Breakfast was very good and the lady in charge made sure we were satisfied with the quality of food and service.

The Madison,GA Hampton was ok, clean, quiet what you'd want. I have been to Hamptons where the desk staff were friendly and helpful, sorry to say, not here. The maid was friendly and wished me safe travel as the weather was not good. Sorry I did not get her name, but we were on the n.side of the 3rd floor.

Room was very clean and beds were comfy!! Elevator seemed a little small but over all a great traveling experience!! The breakfast was a welcomed surprise including western omlets, bagles and smoked sausage. I would stay there again when in town for business.

Stayed here for a UGA graduation. The mattress was horrible but I would stay here again because of the hospitality. Amazing breakfast & tea/coffee station stand w/ cookies, fresh fruits & other snacks available. It happened to be Mother's day & they gave out roses to all the ladies. Great stay in Madison ! recommend this hotel , clean ---- quite ----- nice people ------------ close to everything , major interstate exit ---- restaurants ---- historic buildings --- main downtown ------ shops ----- horse farms ------ main downtown is out of a movie ----- horse drawn carriage

Not as good as we would have expected from Hampton. The service was fine but the building is in need of an upgrade and it's some distance out of Madison. Hampton Inns are NEVER a disappointment!! The rooms are clean, right down to the bedspreads. The free secure internet connection has never let me down. The free breakfast is always substantial. I always get a good night's sleep at Hampton Inn.

Excellent service and a very comfortable place to stay. I was treated very well upon check in. I would rate this as one of the top % of most Hampton Inns compared to most others. For a hotel right off of the interstate it did not seem like it.
