We loved our stay here. Sweet receptionist and cookies were a godsend when we were late getting in and most restaurants were closed. Also deliacious coffee. Not my favorite breakfast buffet and the road out front is loud, but we would stay again, book on Hotwire and save half. More

I have no idea how this hotel is in the top 3 for Norcross. I will admit the staff is extremely courteous and helpful, but that's about where it ends. Rooms are shabby, bedding is holey, and hallway noise is horrible. Stairway from lobby to second floor has patches on the walls and is in desperate need of a paint... More

The customer service was excellent! We could not have felt more welcomed and at home. The front desk, breakfast server and manager over-extended themselves to make our family time together pleasant and enjoyable. We didnot feel rushed to leave the eating area or the front lounge.
