This location had a poor exercise room, expensive meals, slow internet and they lost my reservation. I expected much more from a Hilton property. Additionally, our group of 12 had dinner at the restaurant and it took an hour to get food after ordering (I was not part of the group).

Hilton Atlanta Northeast Hotel is a 'nice' hotel. The lobby and other common areas, including the new restaurant, are beautiful. My experience at the Hilton in Norcross, GA was exceptional. I have stayed at other Hilton Hotels and experience the same Hilton quality service. Hilton is known for its high quality courtous service.

I spent a Friday and Saturday night at the Hilton. Staff was helpful in switching the pillows out to feather. All staff was friendly.The room on the fifth floor was fine. 2 star hotel for the price of a 4 star. The rooms suck!!!!!!! The staff is great and thats the only thing! Wallpaper is falling off the walls, sheets have stains, rusty ice buckets and many other defects. Hilton's should be ashamed, bet he wouldn't stay here.

The front desk staff was outstanding especially Nathaniel. They did whatever was possible to assist in making my stay comfortable. Also providing help in the business office as well. Rooms are ok but can use a facelift. Breakfast and dining area seems updated and new. I would stay there again.

Spotty Internet issues, boring rooms, and a worn down kinda feel. Looks impressive from the outside though. The room was clean and the front desk was without fault. But really this place is blandy mcblandville. Window faced a large first floor roof deck. The bathroom was dodgy with broken grout.

Room was adequate and comfortable. Front desk friendly. WiFi was expensive. Disappointed with hotel maid who must have wanted to leave early. She knocked on our door asking what we needed. I kinda expected our beds to be made when when got back late that night but they weren't.
