We rented a home on 33rd street for our Sea Island vacation and everything was perfect. During our visit we went fishing, had several meals in the different restaurants, used the spa, and did some trap shooting at the range. My children call it their best vacation ever, and they have been to many five star establishments. More

My husband and I had traveled to Sea Island, Ga 10 years ago and really enjoyed our trip, but we were not prepared for the outstanding, 5 star resort that greeted us upon our return! Amazing renovations had been completed on the Beach Club, Spa, and property - and the service and food was even better than we remembered. The... More

My wife and I just had one of the best vacations of our life at The Cloisters. Everything is the best from the staff to the room to the lounges and restaurants. My wife loved the spa and she has been to the best. The golf courses are pristine and the men's locker room is so incredible I almost never... More

First, let's set the stage. We have visited Las Ventanas (our favorite), La Suvera, Maroma, the Peninsula in Hong Kong and many other 5 star hotels. We came here on a recommendation because we were traveling with our 5 month old for the first time and were told that it was a great place for kids with air conditioned cabanas... More

We stayed in a cloister cottage (exclusive resorts) and enjoyed the resort facilities. Gorgeous accomodations; spa and fitness center to die for. Yoga and fitness classes taught by some of the best trainers I've encountered. First rate all around. The pool area, especially the adult only, is well-designed. The setting, between the marshlands and the ocean, is just spectacular. Golf... More

What a charming and memorable experience. The Cloister has elegance and charm! I enjoyed running on their private beach, a leisurely bike ride along the old homes on the island and wonderful service! More

Beautiful architecture. Gorgeous setting. Beautiful rooms. Great gym. Stunning spa. That said there is a difference between the feel of a resort and that of a country club. Country clubs cater to their members. Resorts cater to their guests. The Cloisters purports to do both. It is an odd feeling. The Cloisters is a Club with memberships. When you go... More

Having stayed in many many 5 star resorts , this resort would have to the be one the best on the East Coast. The main building architecture is opulent without making you feel out of place. They certainly don't make buildings like this anymore. The rooms, guest services and restaurants are just superb with no detail left unturned. A must... More

From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart, you'll be treated like royalty. The place is just amazing. Spectacular grounds, fabulous amenities and staff that will fall over backward for you.
