I've actually stayed here numerous times just because of the proximity to where I needed to be, but I honestly just can't stay here anymore. Rooms was horrbile, dirty, smoked in, smelly hallways, and bedbugs were included . Really caught the bedbug crawling on my chest, instantly packed and left. Said good bye to my money because it was obviuos this company won't let admit wrong and let go of fifty bucks. When will I learn. Joyce the manager was useless.

We stayed here for the price. It's definitely get-what-you-pay for. It is very old (not just oh, needs an update) and dirty. Bed linens look nasty as do floors, bathroom sinks, etc. There was a huge stain on the exposed box spring in our room. Also, customer service was poor. This hotel advertised that it had "full apartments-sized kitchens." We were VERY disappointed to find a regular hotel-sized fridge, and a counter with 1 chair. My experience at Crestwood Suites was excellent. The Front Desk staff was so pleasant and respectful. They were very helpful and very friendly. My room was very clean and was ready for check-in when I arrived. Thank You Crestwood for a very wonderful stay. I will definately stay there again!!!!!
