This is our second stay at your B & B and we plan to come back. The food is wonderful and the service is great. Since I grew up in Toccoa, I love the optional history session after breakfast. I left Toccoa 40 years ago, after college, so I had forgotten what little history that I knew.

We had such a wonderful visit at your B&B. We stayed there with our boys during our whirl-wind mountain bike tour. The house was gorgeous, our room was comfortable and our gourmet breakfast was to die for!

Stayed here just one night, on the way from Greenville to Atlanta. Our room was a classic Victorian B&B bedroom, lots of bricabrac and claw-legged furniture, but the mattress was modern and comfy! Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Not much to do on a Sunday night in Toccoa, though!

My wife and I spent a night at the Simmons-Bond. It was the nicest BnB we've ever stayed at. Elizabeth was attentive to absolutely every need we had from extra keys to the wonderful breakfast. Wish we lived closer so we could stay there frequently!
