You can't expect the world but its quite decent overall. The rooms are clean and spacious. Although its not in downtown its still closeby. Lots of places are easy to get to. Only negative was the staff. They weren't all that friendly or helpful. But thanks to tripadvisor we found everything ourselves.

The front desk clerk was excellent! very helpful and friendly. As a pet friendly hotel, the Inn only charges $10, which is nice. AAA rate for 2 adults/king was $53 (plus taxes and pet fee was $72). We got there very late the first night of our two night stay. We discovered the next morning that the cleanliness of the room was not acceptable. Good room for the price. Clean, non smoking has a separate wing, beds decent. Decor is older, but who cares. We had a fridge, hair dryer & coffee maker in the room. No microwave.
