I booked this hotel on Hotwire for $52. Because I was arriving in the evening and leaving at 6AM the following morning, there was no point spending a lot on my Boise stay. But I was nervous when I hit that purchase button as I've bought a Boise overnight on Hotwire before and ended up in the worst hotel. Ever.... More

Much older than other Doubletrees we've stayed in, but the hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. The bar area is very nice and the service was excellent. I would have no issues staying here again. More

In Boise for a week for business. Checked in the property in the afternoon and the desk attendant (John) was extremely helpful and in my opinion, I would want an employee like this representing me if it were my company. Later in the week, I had to make some modifications and John helped me again without any problems and easily... More

Hilton needs to come into town and shut this place down. I know it sound dramatic but I've never stayed at a property of Hilton's in such need of repair! The only thing it had going for it was the view of the Cascades. Also, the people were really great - super friendly - front desk, cafe. It smelled weird... More

I spend 50% of time on the road. Friendly staff, very helpful. Location is outside of downtown, but they have the some of the best shuttle drivers in the business. Although last time one of them didn't show up for work for the early morning shuttle to the airport. No worries though, the front desk called a taxi and paid... More

What a wonderful place to stay! I had the pleasure of staying here in February and was delighted by the friendly staff, who accommodated me by giving me a ride to and from my conference center as well as picking me up at the airport and the clean, pleasant rooms. Expect to be greeted with a warm cookie (proviso: from... More

Love this hotel. We have stayed here each September for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. Before we arrive, they check by email as to our special needs or requests. Their welcome is great and the room is very restful - comfortable lounging chairs, roomy desk for computer access, fluffy duvet and pillows. It is walking distance... More

This hotel is located near BSU and the greenbelt, but may not be the best location for most travelers. I've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times. The service is good and the people are friendly. Although the warm cookies are nice, there is no free breakfast. If you pay for a breakfast, expect expensive dry scrambled eggs. When... More
