I stay here twice a year for work, and have always been impressed, but it's now under new ownership and is being updated. The grounds look beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the bed is VERY comfortable (I wish I could take it home with me). I rated everything excellent even though I didn't use the spa. I'm sure it... A coworker and I stayed three night in a double queen room. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful and the little restaurant and bar are pretty too. Our room (#105) was nice. You could tell it was an older hotel but they have done work to it. The beds were ok, lots of pillows, nice sheets, fairly big nice new... More

Second time staying here for a conference. Good thing is the beds are great. Super comfy. I slept great. Bad news is this place is so dated and is in severe need of a facelift, which I know they are in the process of doing. They were supposed to split the bill between myself and my roomate, who shared expenses... More

My husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. The rooms were ok, but we were not impressed. Decor and lighting was dark (our room had no windows, though connected family members rooms did), bathroom fixtures leaked, and the hotel layout was strange. Very easy to get lost and too few elevators. We booked a shuttle with the guest... More

Thank you for your comments! I would like to invite you back to give us another try. We are not the same Hotel you stayed in eight months ago. Since that stay we have been purchased by local ownership and the room you stayed in has been completely renovated, from decor to lighting to bathroom fixtures, all of which you... More

I would have been happy with my room if the cost was $70-$80, but my $110 was just too expensive. Room was clean, bed was nice, but this old hotel is just not a $100 hotel. I have stayed in rooms this nice elsewhere for a cost of $50, so this is just too darn expensive. Other than the cost,... More

The lobby is nice, a real contrast to section 6 where the room was located. There, the hall smelled bad; there was nothing welcoming about the area, the carpet was shabby and the doors dinged and nicked. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet in our first room or sit in any of the filthy upholstered chairs. A picture had... More

Most hotels renovate their guestrooms every decade or so. As it happened, however, we went a long time without any such renovation. The Hotel sold in October and we have been working diligently on renovating the property. This is a lengthy process though and sincerely hope you will give us another chance so we can show our true spirit of... More

I stayed in your hotel on 10/4. I am a hilton diamond member. I originally booked for two nights, my trip was cut short and I checked out only having stayed 1 night. I called the hotel to confirm that I was checked out, but I was still charged for the second night. Further, I booked a special that included... More

I apologize that you felt we didn't care about your situation. I know it sounds like an excuse but we really had way to verify your information after your stay because of the sale of the Hotel. All of the records (even the computer systems) went with the old ownership. I am happy that Hilton was able to take care... More

"Bow-Chica-Wow-Wow" and "Classy" collide with this "Gem"! This hotel is packed with retro style. It is clean, quiet, affordable and comfortable. Check-in was simple and the cookie was awesome! Club Max seemed inviting as the music almost drew me in. It was too late for me to be adventurous. I slept great, with no noise to complain about! This hotel... More

I stayed here during Labor Day weekend. The location was nice being on the greenbelt and next to Joes Crab Shack, but it is also in a scuzzy part of town. Our room was really outdated. It had gross olive green carpet that looked like it had been there since the 70s, the tv was so old that it wasnt... More
