My experience at Riverside was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I had the most contact with Nancy, the bartender, who was extremely gracious and courteous. But so were your shuttle drivers (I had two of them) and your front desk clerks. The hotel is beautiful and the conference rooms were the best.
