If I can give 0 or negative stars I would. First and foremost the owner is rude and very mean. Yelled at my wife to the point she called the cops. Luckily I wasn't there or it would have ended a lot different. I strongly recommend staying far away from this dump. The beds suck, the bathrooms are dirty the whole place is dirty. If I were to choose staying here or buying a tent and sleeping under the overpass I'd choose the overpass in a heart beat. You have been warned

I stayed here because of its proximity to where I had to be. It is inexpensive, the hallways smell like an ashtray but the room didn't smell like it. The morning I was leaving I got a call about ten minutes before checkout asking if I was staying another day. They weren't busy he was just trying to rush me out. Overall it's an inexpensive place, convenient location, it was quiet so if you want to save some money it's a decent bet.

I showed up the day of check-in, and I told the gentleman at the desk I would like to check in. He started asking me questions of the type of room I would like, but I told him I already had a reservation. He said the owner of the property had access to all the reservations, but since he had to leave town in a hurry, he did not leave this gentleman with any of the reservations. I pulled up the reservation confirmation email on my phone, but he claimed he didn't have any more of my specific room available. I told him I was okay with a different room type, but he refused to cooperate, despite the fact that he began this interaction trying to sell me a room, indicating they did have open rooms available. He offered me no alternatives. Very rude. Furthermore, this place looks way worse in person than it does online. Very small, cramped parking lot. Building in poor condition. Have caution when booking this property.

Boise Inn is not a destination resort by any stretch of the imagination, however it is an OK place to stay for a night after being 7 hours on the freeway. It's relatively clean, a little quirky, needs updating but we were comfortable enough. BTW there is no breakfast. Coffee is served from 6:30 to 9:30am. But one minute after 9:30 the coffee pot disappears. Period.

Horrible, the worst I've ever stayed at. Found hypodermic needle under bed, boise police snitches rampant there!! They cut down every single tree on the property, I guess so boise police would have a better view of all of their illegal informants and their pitbulls! Ludicrous!!! They should close this place down!!!!! Thanks BPD, you suck!!!!

First I will say I travel a lot/ so I've seen everything---or so I thought! Just the facts first...if you are driving thru Boise and need a room this may work. It's located near the river and fairly close to downtown. 3 story building with a good size parking lot. They do have an elevator but sometimes they tell you it's not working! The owner(wife) told someone one day that it didn't work because she had just mopped the floor. The rooms are ok size and clean enough-bathrooms were pretty clean. The fact is if you stay over, don't expect housekeeping until late afternoon because other rooms get service first! We were there for a week with several rooms and that was the daily routine! There are a lot of long term people here and we saw many Parole Officers doing check ins on their charges!! We had one of our party bring his brothers from Twin Falls and their families for Saturday..since the motel had no more rooms we emptied 3 of rooms out so his family members could stay there with him. After we took our stuff out of the rooms and his family showed up the owners went crazy!!!!! We explained that we had 3empty rooms already paid for but the husband wanted new payment again because it was different people!!! No amount of explaining worked!!! He got so mad that he was yelling and cursing( very foul language) at these people! Even at the small children!!! They were afraid and his oldest daughter joined him!! I can't say enough how bizarre this was!! The language was inexcusable !! They wanted these people off the property and these people were so upset/they got the children in the car and drove back to Twin Falls with the kids crying !!! Let me tell you -one of these kids was about 12 months old and that man scared him to death!! I almost called the police!!! I know this sounds unreal but let me assure you that it was worse in person! As soon as possible the next morning we were out. I felt so bad for those people! I did see the wife one day berate a female guest about not having a job! I've not seen owners of any motel act like this /would not be surprised if that man doesn't end up arrested one day. But like I said if it's a one night stay-it might work for you!

Rooms were nice and clean. Parking lot adequate. Good to and wifi. Owner Sillla and daughter Vicki were fine Husband and older daughter were a nightmare. Was there on business for 7 nights and on Saturday one of my reps relatives drove over 100 miles to visit and we're rudely told they couldn't be on the property. They are Spanish and we're not causing any problems.Would gladly have purchased rooms if any available but none open. We even had one room in our party leave early so they could have their room to visit with their relative but that was unacceptable to husband. After much profanity and embarrassing actions the relatives left the property and drove back to their home 100 miles!! Never seen such rude or weird behaviour!!! Do not stay there unless you want to be terrorized!!!!!!!

The owners are rude, inconsiderate and threatened to contact police because we "didn't keep room clean". I explained the maid could take care of that after we checked out. The light and bathroom fixtures were all coming off and ice bucket and ashtray both had holes in them.
