This was a great hotel! Good value (around $200 per night for a king room), great location, and great amenities.

*We lucked out with a corner suite, so it was huge. Nicely decorated - very modern and funky
*HUGE bed. Super comfy! Awesome pillow.

I would recommend this hotel to all. Great quiete rooms, very comfortable beds and soft sheets. Very clean with nice toiletries. Very large flat screen TV and perfect location.
The entertainment in the bar in the evening was a great plus. The only comment is that there is no real restaurant so food options are limited.

Great staff and great experience. Food is a little pricy but this is downtown Chicago ... very comparable. Staff went out of the way to make sure my family had a great time. Will have to stay there again (kids won't let us stay anywhere else now).

The Hard Rock Hotel Chicago is in an ideal location. Great views of the city and Millennium Park from the rooms. But, the front desk service was pretty rude and difficult to work with on a recent trip. They seemed like they had better things to do than help out paying guests.
