Great staff very kind. Great location and room was nice surprised to see a balcony with beatiful view of Michigan ave. comfy beds great overall time. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and would definatly stay again!

The best thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance from so many restaurants and shops on Rush Street, the Magnificent Mile and downtown Chicago. Parking was very expensive ($45) but I guess that's to be expected in Chicago. However it was literally down the street from there magnificent mile. 10 rest within a block radius. Good value for the hotel and location

All the employees there were very friendly; however, upon checking in Janice (who I think was housekeeping supervisor that evening) went above and beyond to make my daughter's 9th birthday special! It's a nice enough hotel. Had a few issues. Maybe they were small, depends on your view. The drain in the tub didn't work. Anyone cleaning would notice this. The pop-up in the lavatory didn't work. Good localization within a very interresting area (bars and restaurants). Confortable rooms with great king size beds. Bathrooms are a little bit small. Price is correct (140 $ for a night with a discount).
