We stayed at this hotel for business and found the staff all friendly and very helpful whenever we asked for directions and routes for the L train. The rooms are really nice if not a little dark - I personally love the color scheme. The cookies each evening in the lobby are awesome!

We stayed at the Hampton/Chicago/Theatre District. Great location for all the major attractions. They gave us pre-printed sightseeing directions for every place we wanted to visit. Free breakfast every morning--lots of selections. Free WiFi. Desk clerks, doormen, breakfast attendants were all very friendly, helpful, courteous. Nice rooms. Highly recommend Hampton Inn!
