Conference and banquet staff were very attentive. Rooms were not much for the price, and at the price Internet should be included. Bathrooms were very small and challenging for two people to use at once.

I stayed here 3 nights; the location is excellent close to nice restaurants. The room itself is average: no fridge, no tea maker - just basic. Hot breakfast sucks, just eggs & bacon - same stuff everyday. I was expecting more for $395 per night.
In the lobby there is a bar always crowded with excellent mood - is this...

Perfect location for shopping or going out in river north! Rooms and bathrooms need some updating, but overall a nice clean hotel. Make sure to request a high floor room for awesome city views!

I was staying here during a trade show, it's close to Nordstroms and many places to eat, but the hotel itself is nothing special. The rooms have very few outlets, so it is hard to charge electronics, and the bathroom is very small...

Extended a business trip and stayed a couple of extra nights at the Marriott. Location is great. Amenities good. Paying mostly for the location. The entrance on Michigan Ave is not the main entrance. Will hold your luggage if your flight leaves after check out.

I have stayed in this Marriott few years ago (before the renovations). I booked directly with the hotel to stay here to attend a large conference that was held in the hotel. I stayed here mainly for the convenience of staying in the same hotel as the conference. In retrospect I could have stayed at other Marriott brands (Courtyard, Fairfield)...

What a great place to stay while in Chicago. We were in for my daughter's wedding so we needed two rooms for the immediate family with grandmother. We were given 2 rooms which connected ! The rooms also had a limited view of the lake, really cool. I love the lobby. You can sit and people watch with your Starbuck's...

Right in the heart of all the action, this hotel with it's trendy lobby bar, Rush, is the perfect place to stay for touring, shopping, dining and exploring this happening city. An easy walk to Water Tower Place, Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Nordstrom's--you can even go back to the hotel, drop off your packages, and go out for more great...

Very good service - needed some faxes done. Front desk printed my boarding pass for the flight home as well, as lobby printers were off line. Free wifi in lobby. Lots of conference space - we had a big program running, 400 people. Staff were very helpful.
Guest rooms a bit tired, especially bathrooms, for the cost.
Location very central...

I frequent Marriott hotels whenever I can. Overall this hotel's lobby and location are its strong points. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but not too much different from other hotels in large cities. All the staff I can in contact with were pleasant and helpful.
