We stayed here in July 2011 for 3 nights. This hotel is in a GREAT location. The room was small and stuffy. The staff was difficult and there was no free wifi. I have experienced more luxury in a Holiday Inn. More

This hotel is right across from Nordstrom on Michigan Ave, so a fabulous location for access to shopping and restaurants. But at $300 a night, I expect a more luxury experience.
