Perfect location for business or shopping. Service was excellent throughout with genuine smiles from all the staff. Stayed for 4 nights and have only 1 complaint - $17.50 for a nights wifi access. The elevator threshold was my first indication that maintenance might be a problem. At the Four Seasons the thresholds are clean and polished. These are pitted, rusted and dirty. Great location on the Magnificent Mile along Michigan Ave. Rooms were clean with plenty of space, and the staff was especially kind and helpful. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby with free Wi-fi. The hotel charges $14/day for wi-fi. More
