This hotel is steps away from the world-famous Magnificent Mile! While it is in an establishment built decades ago, the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Michael! While my stay was not one of pleasure, they sure made my stay quite hospitable! Kudos to Red Roof Downtown Chicago! More
