The good : rather spacy and clean room. View of Chicago. Convenient location. Starbucks coffee right in the room. The bad : Its attitude towards the world, say only American food, only American TV Channel, no BBC/TV5/Dw/NHK Overall Sheraton still keeps its high standard of accommodation and services.

On the water. A little far from magnificent mile. Very nice place to stay though. Very large hotel. A few restaurants and amenities. Shula steakhouse is expensive, but very good service and food. The hamburger place they have there is just so-so.

Stayed at The Sheraton Chicago towers because it was host hotel for conference. The rooms are small and furnishings dated. The location is good, close to navy pier and river. Walking distance to many points of interest.

This hotel is close to the Navy Pier, the Wrigley Building and many restaurants. It is located along the canal, and you can walk along the waterway easily from the hotel.
