We booked via phone, hassle free. We were upgraded to Sunroom Suite upon check in. We were staying for 5 nights, so the extra "living space" was great. The staff was very helpful. Recommened several great places to eat and hang out. They let us use their printer. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Mini bar was fully stocked and... More

Spent the weekend at this elegant boutique with three of my girlfriends that were running the Chi-Town Half Marathon with me. From the moment I made reservations with this hotel I was embraced with their hospitality. If we needed something it was there within moments. Each person we came in contact with was like family. We were treated like royalty! Richard... More

We stayed two nights in a King-size suite. The room was fantastic, roomy and comfortable with a small kitchenette. Our friend stayed in a regular room, which was very small by comparison - for the extra $20, we definitely got the better deal. Coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby, but it's brewed ahead of time and left out... More

We needed to find a hotel in just a few days and hoped for something comfortable and reasonably priced. The Majestic truly is as advertised, a quaint, European hotel. The staff (especially Mona) is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, not big but adequate. Their are even cozy robes for guests. The complimentary breakfast is a nice extra and... More

The Majestic is always friendly and inviting. Rooms are clean and the customer service is impeccable. Mona, the evening front desk manager, makes the hotel what it is. She is so friendly and makes sure your visit is a memorable one. The hotel is nothing more than a building with four walls that exceeds standards, however, Mona makes it Majestic. More

Enjoyed a Living Social deal here, and very glad to discover a new place close to home. This hotel is a bit old, but the suites are nice and in a great area. We really enjoyed walking up to a great Italian restaurant and later driving over to Montrose Harbor to watch the sunset. I was disappointed with the breakfast-... More

The Majestic was a nice hotel but I would have to seriously consider staying there again. At check-in, they didn't have our reservation in their computer. Luckily, I printed out my confirmation for our prepaid 2 queen bed suite...they didn't have any suites available that night which we had paid for so we were put in a regular room and... More

There are 3 keys to this amazing hotel - the beds are incredibly comfortable, the location is perfect for those looking to spend time in Boystown/Lakeview, and the staff are second to none. My decision to say here (and not earn rewards pts) was a gamble, but I won on this one. I will definately be telling my friends about... More

Hotel has the look &feel of an old London hotel. The location is great for a Cubs game Its about a 15-20 minute walk to Wrigley Field with a lot of shops and bars along the way It works as long as you don't have to be in the center of town although it's about a 20 minute bus ride... More

We stayed here 2/16-2/19. The location to the Lake and Boystown is great! We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Our room was nice. We didn't get a suite since we weren't going to spend a lot of time in the room. The space met our needs. My only complaint is that the floors are creaky and we were disturbed... More
