We were in town for the SAIC graduation. The location of the hotel is perfect for visitors. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable ...our only comment is that the TV in our bedroom (we had a suite) did not face the bed....???? Other than that we can't wait to visit again.

Stayed here 2 nights for pleasure. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Very friendly staff. Stayed in 612; no noise issues. Mattress was firmer than I prefer, but bedding was comfy. Huge bathroom. Terrible view - but worth it for the quiet!! Would stay here again.

Was in Chicago for business. The Silversmith was in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy access to public transportation and just steps away from Chicago theaters and great restaurants. The "gym" was a small room with a few pieces of equipment, but worked fine for just a couple of days.

I stay here on business. The hotel is itself is great, but the service and staff will keep me coming back. They are very accomodating, and quick in responding to concerns. The room service is surprisingly very good, and is delivered very quickly. The hotel in walking distance to shopping and dining!
