I was in a total panic when my flight was cancelled...I couldn't get cell reception...and, then the fabulous front desk rep, Adrion, came to my aid. Off of Michigan Avenue, a very nice spot to stay while shopping (for my ladies). Clean rooms, nice amenities and great beds. The attached restaurant is a nice place to have a cocktail. There is also a Starbucks for that morning jolt.

This is a great hotel with an awesome location. You are within minutes from almost everything you need in Chicago. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. There was an issue one night with our shower and the staff was kind enough to give us another room. Besides the shower issue, everything else was wonderful.
