We spent a night at the Queen Anne Guest house and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plenty and tasty.The bed was comfortable and the electric fireplace kept us cozy and warm. The home is close to the pedestrian bridge that goes into town, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to most of the restaurants in town.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Queen Anne. Mike and Anita were so friendly and welcoming it was like staying at a home away from home. The Queen Anne Guesthouse is a beautifully restored Victorian home. It is a very short walk to downtown Galena. Our room was comfortable, and I liked the period furniture. Carrot cake was great, the only complaint I have is that I don't like eggs for breakfast, (sorry!). Location was perfect.
