I love this hotel and have stayed about five times. It is clean, large, and the bedding is amazing. The hotel itself is very modern and sleek. It's near a ton of shopping and food. No complaints except that the walls seemed a little on the thin side, could hear people passing in the hall a little too clearly, and flushing toilets in the rooms nearby. The room itself, the pool and fitness center are nice. Helpful staff.

This was a fast trip into town for a funeral and we had to chose our accomodations from the internet. Our son was able to drive in, but we had a 4 hour plane ride and arrived about midnight. Stayed here over Christmas while visiting family. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We had stayed here when this was a Holiday Inn and the improvement by Crown Plaza is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
