This is a nightmare on halsted,the room was not clean,we were bitten by bed bugs,an when i showed them,they said they never got complaints,but thats bs,because the maid told me they had lots of people leave because of the bugs,an the place being so nasty...

This hotel is in very poor shape. The balcony is in danger of collapsing. The rooms are basic. The so-called free breakfast consisted of orange juice,coffee and 1 bun each.

the people are great, and ive seen the shower and it was not the same picture which was posted here, we are group so i have seen probably 12rooms and they are all same, neat & clean, might be thats another hotel somewhere. supermarkets, shopping malls & fastfoods are nearby. memorable stay indeed!
