The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and had lots of extras. We used the laundry, pool, wifi, and breakfast. The whole family could find items on the breakfast buffet and the staff was helpful. Great location with an Applebees next door.

Nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are great! The staff was very helpful in finding a restaraunt for me and my coworkers to eat at that evening. It will be my top choice to stay when I am in the area again.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Illinois, was exactly what I've come to expect from Hampton Inn. my room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again should I come to Jacksonville in the future.
