After reading some other recent reviews, we were a little worried. Our experience was very positive. This BW seemed to be one of better ones lacking "Plus" designation. Room was large, clean and comfortable, and the desk clerk at check-in was very helpful. Breakfast was basic but fine. We'd happily stay here again.

This is nice enough looking a hotel with a pleasant lobby area. My first concern came during check in when the front-desk person tried to charge me for a room that I had prepaid. We enjoyed our stay at this facility. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Kids really enjoyed the in door pool, . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Person on duty was very helpful with information for our visit to Chicago, including giving us a map with direction to our destination.
