thanks to the friendly help from Christina and Maggie during their non working hours( i.e lunch salad) who went way above the norm of providing extra services for me to catch my train and flight on time. That was sufficient to cover for other deficiencies

I have stayed at this hotel 8 times and have had no problems with anything with the hotel. I will keep staying here when I'm in the Chicago area.
