Parsonage Farm is a lovely place! I stayed here over the recent holidays and it was a beautiful warm and cosy visit. We particularly enjoyed the log fires for relaxing by after walking on the Quantock Hills. The breakfasts were also delicious and eating by that open log fire was a treat. There is a particularly warm welcome in this... More

A beautiful village and Parsonage Farm has views of the church next door and of its own well stocked walled garden. Don't let Suki's American accent fool you into thinking she is a newcomer. After living at Parsonage Farm for twenty years she is steeped in Somerset life, passionate about providing home-grown organic food and you would be well advised... More

We only had one night at this charming period farmhouse but would love to go back for longer. The weather was very wet but inside this cosy house of history, we didn't care and we did go for a walk round the pretty organic walled garden and the interesting church next door. The surrounding countryside begged to be explored but... More

We spent one night at Parsonage Farm recently. It is a beautiful house, in a beautiful gardens. I had house envy immediately - large rooms, packed with character and the smell of an open fire... I was going through a bout of insomnia but slept like a log in a huge and very comfy bed. Our host was very welcoming... More

We had a very wet couple of days in the Quantock Hills but a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Parsonage Farm. The house is full of books, works by local artists - some of which you can buy - and locally produced pottery. The hosts are very accommodating, the breakfasts excellent. All in all highly recommended, rain or shine.

We love this place and have been coming back here for 17 years. It is homely and easy. We are happier here than almost anywhere else because we can completely unwind. Suki serves up just the right blend of attentiveness and easiness that comes with years of knowing how to get it right. She is a mine of local information... More

We stayed for two nights. Homely with comfortable bed and room. Peaceful location. Good home cooked breakfast with a choice of full English or pancakes made with blueberries and with maple syrup from Vermont (absolutely delicious, you must try them)served with scrambled eggs and bacon or smoked salmon. Suki even served freshly made rhubarb muffins our second morning. Although we... More

Parsonage Farm was perfect; wonderful owners who have opened up their home, allowing you to share in the pleasure of roll top baths, with water heated from the wood burning stove, delicious selection for breakfast and the chance to stay in and devour a supper of local cheeses, home made chutney, bread, and soup. The house is so comfortable and... More

We stopped off here on the way to Cornwall and wished we were staying longer. We were given a friendly welcome including tea and delicious biscuits in the garden; breakfast the next morning was equally good, with choices including pancakes and maple syrup (eggs from the Parsonage Farm hens). In between we enjoyed strolling and reading in the lovely garden,... More

Well, we are not in California but this B&B in the beautiful Quantock Hills has the best vibrations this side of the Atlantic. Must be something to do with its location directly facing the Glastonbury Tor...I loved it so much back in February than I have just been back for my second visit. Suki, who runs it, makes you feel... More
