The front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar choices were good and the food was plentiful. Real dishes and silverware were used instead of the usual paper or styrofoam plates and plastic utensils, thus cutting down significantly on unrecyclable trash. We stayed here for 2 nights for a soccer tournament. We had to add a day to our reservation because of an early game. My husband is getting transferred here and we stayed here for 3 days the first time we traveled to Peoria and will be staying here for an extended period of time. Very clean place. Very nice and helpful people that work at the front desk. Breakfast is good. Great location.

Great location with an excellent staff. Building is well maintained and very clean. Wide choice of dining spots. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with many recommendations. Breakfast area is large and well serviced. This is our second time here, and we will continue to return.

The ad mentioned favors, balloons, champagne, etc. but you had to take a shuttle bus to Jillian's, a local bowling alley, arcade, bar, restaurant for that--nothing was provided at the hotel--as the ad implied.
